Instructor Agreement

 

This Instructor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the registration date by and between Kafel Aid (“Company”) and the registered instructor (“Instructor”).

Acceptance of Terms

By signing this Agreement, the Instructor acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions governing the online courses service.

Instructor Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: The Instructor agrees to create and maintain original course content that is accurate, relevant, and compliant with applicable laws.
  • Engagement: The Instructor commits to engaging with students, responding to inquiries promptly, and providing constructive feedback.

Compensation

  • Revenue Sharing: The Instructor will receive 60% of the revenue generated from their courses, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be issued on a monthly basis, contingent upon the Instructor meeting the minimum payout threshold.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The Instructor retains ownership of the course content created. However, by submitting content to the platform, the Instructor grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute said content.
  • Third-Party Content: The Instructor confirms they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party content used in their courses.

Course Quality Standards

The Instructor agrees to adhere to the quality standards set forth by the Company. The Company reserves the right to review and remove any course that fails to meet these standards.

Term and Termination

  • Term: This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
  • Termination Rights: The Company may terminate this Agreement at its discretion for any violation of the Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity by the Instructor.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will cease.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services. The Instructor agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims related to their course content.

Amendments

The Company may amend this Agreement at any time. The Instructor will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the platform will constitute acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of England/Birmingham.
